How do you get rid of the poop?

We take away the pet waste in biodegradable plastic bags and responsibly dispose of the waste at various landfills throughout Orlando. Don’t be fooled by other pooper scooper companies, Poop Bandit actually takes the pet waste off site and properly disposes of it for you every time. It’s not optional and is included in our pricing, no one likes the smell of hot garbage in the garbage cans, especially mixed with dog waste, Yuck!

How does billing work?

Before pooper scooper service begins we do a free estimate to give you an exact cost for service. If there is need for an initial clean we will charge a one time fee (usually between $30-$60). Billing is pre-paid per month. We will keep a credit card of your choosing on file and charge you on the same date each month.

What areas do you service?

Poop Bandit primarily scoops poop in West Orange County, but we service all of Orange County as well. As we grow we will expand into other areas. Please contact us if you are out of our current service range and we might be able to work something out!

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contract required! After your estimate and you agree to our service we just ask for a signature to authorize using a credit card on file for payment.

What if my service day lands on a holiday?

Poop Bandit will service your yard the day before or after a holiday.

Do I have to be home for service?

You do not need to be home for your yard to be serviced. If you are home at the time of service we would be more than happy to discuss any special needs or concerns that you have. We take extra care to make sure all gates are closed when we are done; no dog, no client!!!

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather becomes too dangerous or the yard is too flooded from rain to complete service we will usually be able to come the next day. We will notify you if there are any issues getting to your yard immediately.

How do I cancel service?

You can cancel service at any time since we do not have contracts. All that we ask is that you give us a two week notice in writing via email or a phone call. If you have any credit in your account we will provide you a refund within two weeks.
